Refund :
When we receive print heads for maintenance, which are found to be unable to be cleaned to an efficient stage, the labour performed and the chemicals used are still subject to charge.
Return Of Goods :
If we find the print head to be not serviceable or damaged, when received, it will be returned to the client for their discretion. We do not repair the units only clean. Postage is at the clients expense.
Shipping :
We deliver products using FEDEX/DHL. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. Orders are dispatched within 3-5 business days. Shipping times are estimated at between 7 and 10 business days depending on your location.
